Register online by scanning the QR code on the event flyer or visiting the BAPE Annual Awards & Dinner registration page. Complete the registration form and select your preferred payment method. Once payment has been verified, BAPE will send a confirmation of your registration.

Tickets are BDS $250 for Early and Standard Registration. Final Registration is BDS $275, subject to availability.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or in person. For bank transfers, registrants will be provided with the BAPE banking information and can upload their payment receipt with their registration.

The BAPE Annual Awards & Dinner 2026 will be held at Sandals Royal Barbados, Maxwell, Christ Church.

The Arrival Experience begins at 6:00 PM, with Dinner & Awards beginning at 7:00 PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive from 6:00 PM to allow time for check in and networking before the programme begins.

The dress code for the BAPE Annual Awards & Dinner 2026 is Black Tie.

Yes. Early Registration includes priority networking table requests. Registrants can indicate their networking preferences during the registration process. Each table accommodates a maximum of 10 persons. Guests who wish to be seated together may purchase additional tickets or, where applicable, companies may purchase tickets for members of their team. Table requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Guests will be able to indicate any dietary requirements or special dietary needs when completing the registration form. This information will be provided to the venue to assist with appropriate arrangements.
